CTS (Centro de Transporte Sustentable), a well-known non profit Organization promoting ecological transportation and CNA are organizing a congress in Mexico to present Calypso standard at a crucial time for this country where there are many pending transport projects.
This initiative is one of the different way to promote Calypso all around the world as presented by Ralph Gambetta in our interview. It explains certainly the good results in 2009 for Calypso with more than 18 million microprocessor cards issued, to be compared with about 10 million of 2008.
Since 2005, Ralph is in charge in Calypso Networks Association of the international promotion; he explains in the interview how he accomplishes his mission, what were the main success in 2009 and what are his expectative for 2010.
The Calypso handbook will be the document of reference for the presentation of Calypso including definition and history, technical specifications and security features, advantages versus other solutions, business model, CNA list of members, references and key figures. It will be available on the website after registration; before the end of the month.
